Frequently Asked Questions

What is the medium of instruction for the courses?

All courses are conducted in English, including classroom delivery, materials, and assessments.

Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes. On successful completion of the course and assessments, eligible trainees receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) or the Workforce Development Agency (WDA), along with a Safety Pass from A-TECH HUB PTE LTD, as specified for each course.

What is the minimum attendance required?

Most courses require 100% attendance, and some supervisory-level courses specify at least 75% attendance to qualify for assessment and certification.

How are the assessments conducted?

Assessments are competency-based and may include written multiple-choice tests, short-answer questions, and practical or demonstration components, with specified pass marks (for example, 60% or 70% depending on the course).

When will I receive my results and certificate?

For many courses, results are released shortly after the assessment (often within about 1 hour), while some courses publish results within 5 days; cards/certificates are then issued to learners assessed as competent.
